Full creative support, tailored to your needs.
This service is designed for brands ready for a high-impact, professionally executed photoshoot with me as your creative lead. From concept to delivery, I offer full production support, including shoot planning, prop sourcing, styling direction, studio booking, and model coordination.

Because every shoot is unique, some of these services are offered as flexible, optional add-ons that you can select based on your goals, timeline, and budget. You’re also welcome to handle certain elements yourself (like booking the studio or sending in pre-purchased props) if you prefer a more hands-on or cost-conscious approach.

Creative Fee Base Rate: $1,650/day

This is the starting investment for a full-scale production day and includes all the essentials I bring to the table as your creative lead:

  • Pre-production meetings to align on creative direction and logistics

  • Custom shoot plan outlining shot layouts, angles, backgrounds, and styling choices

  • 9 hours of production, including equipment setup and breakdown

  • Proofing gallery with 50+ lightly edited images, color-corrected, cropped, and web-optimized

  • Delivery of proofing gallery within 3 business days of production

This creative fee covers my time, talent, and tools. Additional production needs, (like models, HMUA, studio rentals, or prop sourcing) are quoted separately as additional variable fees, depending on your vision and production scope.

Variable Creative Fees

These are optional services I offer to support your production beyond photography. Each is billed in addition to the base rate:

  • Model Casting & Booking – $200/Model
    Includes casting calls, presenting model options, handling communication, and providing model release forms.

  • HMUA Coordination – $150/HMUA
    Includes casting calls, presenting model options, handling communication, and providing model release forms.

  • Studio Coordination – $150/location
    Includes researching and reserving the ideal studio location for your shoot, plus handling communication, rental agreements, and logistics.

Add-On’s & Additional Variable Costs:

These are common additional production costs based on your specific creative needs:

  • Props & Sourcing - start at $200/project
    Styling elements (flowers, ingredients, clothing, etc.) are the most common variable expense. This starting rate covers research, purchasing, prepping, and organizing props to align with your creative direction. You may also choose to purchase and ship props directly to my studio.

  • Photo Retouching - $35/image
    Includes full retouching of your selected images, delivered in multiple crops (1:1, 4:5, and 16:9) for web-optimization, and a high-resolution format for printing purposes.

  • Model Hires - $100/hour
    This rate varies depending on how many hours we’re hiring them for. Models are typically booked for about 6 hours for a full-day photoshoot.

  • Hair + Makeup (HMUA) - $100/hour
    This rate varies depending on if we’re hiring them for a full day for continuous makeup touch-ups, or for only a few hours in the morning.

  • Production Assistant - $600/day
    Required for most shoots involving a model and studio rental. A PA supports the photographer with lighting, styling, and efficient workflow throughout the day.

  • Studio Rental & Additional Fees
    These logistical costs vary by shoot location and setup. Average costs are as follows:

    Studio Rental ~$50/hour

    Seamless Backgrounds ~$40/color

    Crew Meals ~$250 for a 5-person crew

    Required for full-day productions to keep the talent and production crew fueled and focused.
